Our SPF chicken farm is located in Sanwan Township, Miaoli County, Taiwan. The farm operates in a fully pressurized and sealed environment, blocking 99% of air pollution. The facility adheres to ISO9001 management systems, rigorously controlling the entry and exit of air, water, feed, objects, and personnel. Over the past decade, we have consistently supplied high-quality SPF chicken eggs, meeting USDA and EPA standards. In 2015, JD-SPF Biotech Co., Ltd received the Taiwan Biomedical and New Agricultural Industry Innovation Contest, recognizing our dedication to quality.

SPF Chicken Production Quarantine Facilities and Standards

To enter the chicken farm, air must pass through three levels of filtration (pre, middle, and high-efficiency filters), maintaining positive pressure for complete air exchange to ensure air quality.

Those entering the chicken farm must shower and change into sterile clothing, caps, shoes, gloves, masks, etc.

Before entering the chicken farm, feed is irradiated with 60Co and undergoes sterilization in the sterilization room.

After being produced by a pure water machine, water is boiled, cooled, and provided for the chickens to drink.

Before entering the chicken farm, objects must undergo complete sterilization in the fumigation chamber.
